I had one about 35 years ago,I never was to happy with it seemed lumpy never smooth and flat and it seems it was just lower part of abdomen,I didn’t know what to ask Dr good and just assumed it was normal. My surgeon recommended a light compression garment right after surgery, how do I know if there's a problem. I'm 3 weeks out still walk hunched, still have my drains, and my incision separated a little in the middle, should I be worried at this point or give it more time

I'm 1 week post op and have been suffering in my faja to the point I decided to remove it 9 days after. I will resume when I heal more. Most doctors, including mine, told me to always wear it and the foam, but I'm glad to hear you have a difference in opinion.

I’m 3 weeks post op and my stomach is so swollen and stiff like a rock! I’m getting the lymphatic massages but I was able to walk 90% straight but then BOOM today I’m bent over 50% and needing a cane. I’m not sure why this is happening. I’m following all the rules and doing everything I should be doing.

Hey talking about newfangled technology, there’s this doctor in Texas who says Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) helps fat survive better after it’s grafted. So he shocks the patients buttocks and then he shocks the fat after it’s been harvested, and then he shocks the butt again after the fat graft. Does this sound legit? He’s calling it an enhanced bbl (or some such thing) and charging extra.

I really want to get a TT and BBL after losing over 100 pounds, but I know a lot of general advice is to wait until I have kids but I don't want to have kids for another 3-5 years. By time I get these procedures I'll be in my mid-late 30s. Advice?

Loved the explanation, but it's depressing how many women in this video are commenting they are getting a BBL. I mean do you have to be proud of that? You could just work out, but of course the propaganda has washed their brain so bad. I hope my daughter will never even think about doing this thing to her body.

I was informed get your lymphatic massages right after surgery and then go into regular massages... I'm 5 weeks post op and I'm just now about to start regular massages. Also, @DrWilliamMiami do you have any videos on care/compression after arm lipo? I hardly ever see anything medical related to that and different surgeons just say wear your arm compressions and massage the arm but there are not many on the market that compress the arms well.... any advice to smoothing and soothing the arms? I feel like I'm not seeing much progress with arms smoothing out

I had surgery in March, and my breast looked like they were sagging less than 2 months after surgery. My kids even noticed it and said it was a waste of money. 😢 I'm so upset 😡 the surgeon won't fit it.
